Project Description: The twin towers project, which will include numerous ministries and local government units, will be built on a 30,000 m2 building area. The project aims to increase the efficiency and quality of services provided by bringing together the scattered official institutions of the Senegalese government under one roof. The public building project includes offices, management offices, housing units and service units in the structure designed as two towers and a plinth. The project is designed within the framework of the principles of ecological and sustainable construction.
